HOW TO GET THERE:
Sablayan is located at the mid part of the Province of Occidental Mindoro. It is accessible by ferry from Batangas Pier to Abra de ilog Pier, followed by an approximately three (3) hours land trip from Abra de Ilog Pier down to the Municipality of Sablayan. Batangas to Abra de Ilog ferry ply back and forth at an average of 4 ferry trips daily while public land transport service are always available at the Abra de Ilog pier to cater passengers to Sablayan and other nearby municiplities.
It is also available trough daily commercial flights via Manila to San Jose followed by an approximately three to four hours land trip from San Jose down to the Municipality of Sablayan. The Municiplity boast of its well known "Apo Reef", a protected marine sanctuary frequented by tourist.
